Two chromed end-caps are seperated by a narrow steel bar well padded with a black bit. This allows the sub to bite down when necessary, yet gives a nice mouth-filling feel without unnecessary strain.

Two large chromed rings are riveted to the leather straps, which have a locking buckle.
